Vehicle Fire
Sat, Jul 4th, 2009 11:46:00 am - As units were assisting in traffic control at the Temple, members on Attack 34-45 were advised of a vehicle fire in the lot at the Temple. Attack 34-45 radioed for Rescue/Engine 34-55 to respond from Route 183 & Route 895 to assist. On arrival firefighters found a van in a dirt lot covered in straw on fire. Firefighters extinguished the vehicle fire along with the straw that was spreading towards other vehicles.  Firefighters used the winch to lift the vehicle up to gain access to the undercarriage of the vehicle, since it was sunk in mud.12 members responded to the call.
